What we do at Lemon Drops
At Lemon Drops Kids Therapy we offer a range of therapeutic services aimed at promoting the mental health of children, young people and their caregivers. We provide a safe, therapeutic environment to facilitate the exploration, expression and integration of challenging emotions and experiences. Our person-centered, evidence-based practice is guided by current research in neuroscience and interpersonal neurobiology and informed by attachment, trauma and developmental theories. With a focus on regulation and relationships we work with children, young people and caregivers to understand themselves and others, express emotions in a healthy way and heal from difficult life experiences. We prize each individual as unique and endeavour to meet the differing needs of our families.
